Hey Nolan, I think it’s largely the same. You have to want it, and you can learn what you need to learn. You get a bonus tutor with ChatGPT or any other LLM chatbot. The biggest challenge is getting those interviews with no experience. I think we’re starting to see the ice thaw on the hiring… so if you start learning now (not sure where you’re at in the process) you may be ready for a new wave of hiring.
